New snow on Pikes Peak this morning. How beautiful, especially first thing in the morning.I'm always surprised and delighted by the coming of a new season. Every year I seem to forget how gorgeous the quality of September light is, or the sound of oak leaves hitting the sidewalk, or the smell of the first snow in the forest.
