Be on TOPS!

The City of Colorado Springs Parks & Recreation Advisory Board is seeking volunteers to serve on the TOPS Working Committee.

The committee meets bi-monthly and determines spending priorities for the Trails, Open Space and Parks sales tax. Members must be involved with an organization dedicated to promoting trails, parks or open space, live within the city limits and demonstrate an interest associated with parks, trails or open space.
