No mine hike this year

The "Hike the Mine" fund-raiser scheduled for Sept. 2 at Pikeview Quarry (and announced earlier in this blog) has been cancelled. The hike was going to replace the popular "Scale the Scar" fund-raiser that took place each September to raise awareness of work done by Colorado Mountain Reclamation Foundation.
