Eat a taco, win a board
Don't know about you, but when I think fish tacos, I think boards, as in snowboards. So does Palmer. The snowboard company that outfits Lindsay Jacobellis, Shaun Palmer and other pros is giving away a Palmer board at each of the 10 Colorado Wahoo's locations in Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs during February. Some may feel squeamish about eating it, but rabbit has a fan base that grows as cooks discover how easy they are to raise — and how good the meat tastes.
