More on Almagre Mountain

This week's Happy Trails takes hikers up the west side of Almagre Mountain to a saddle, then to the summit. It's a great hike, and one that's new to me, but there are a few places where the trail is not there. I recommend taking along the Pikes Peak Atlas.

Interesting. Most people use Baldy and Almagre interchangably as the same mountain. I will have to look when I return from Montana, but from the looks of your picture, it looks to me like you are promoting trespassing onto CSU watershed property??? Hard to tell from this small pic really.
