
Don't worry, this photo is from a few years ago. Today the hawks and herons nesting in trees along Fountain Creek at Rocky Top Resources on E.
Las Vegas St. have an uneasy truce. The herons returned a few weeks ago. They are now busy building nests and performing their elegant courting dance.
People are welcome to go watch. Just check in at the office, and bring a good pair of binoculars.

Wild, eh? I'll repost the front page from that day. It's worth a trip down lovely Las Vegas Street.
