Real men eat...

Peanut butter sandwiches. The current issue of Field and Stream chooses the PBJ as the perfect "power lunch."
But what makes it even better for hunters out in the field? PBBB, of course - peanut butter, banana and bacon, offering "even more fat and protein."

Was Elvis a hunter? Sounds like his chow.

Me, I'm all about the PB&J or the PB&B - banana - but bacon? Yipes!

Try it, you might like it. Hemmingway (a man's man) used to eat PB&O, peanut butter and onion.

I love peanut butter and will scoop out a spoonful and eat it plan. When I was younger my Mom would send PB&J sandwiches when I was climbing fourteeners and I found that I had trouble digesting them. I think there's too much fat or maybe it's because it's processed. If I'm just hiking at an easy pace I do well with trail mix, granola bars, roasted soybeans, and beef jerky. If I'm pushing myself, I use some of the Hammer products like I do on the bike.
