Nike PowerBlast and GoLite were trying to outclimb one another in the wee hours of the morning when Primal Quest, the 417-mile adventure race nearing its finish in Utah, was stopped due to lightning. The teams restarted about 3:25 a.m. and we should hear soon who scrambled to the finish first.
This is the closest finish in PQ history.
The winning team gets $100,000.
